- 3. Invoice MUST be paid via CARD (cash payments will not be accepted)

- 5. Scan both of the above (amount / restaurant name / name of the card holder / date of meal – MUST BE VISIBLE)
- 6. Send your scan with your membership number to: dining@hotelstay.com
- 7. We will refund the value of the email not exceeding the value of the voucher
- 8. 1 (one) Voucher per meal (not cumulative)
